DESCRIPTION
SpiraCure 200 (Spiramycin) is a bacteriostatic antibiotic from the macrolide group. It works by interfering with bacterial protein synthesis, ultimately inhibiting protein production and halting bacterial growth. Spiramycin is effective against Gram-positive bacteria such as Streptococcusspp., as well as Mycoplasma spp., and certain Gram-negative bacteria like Pasteurella multocida. Following oral administration, Spiramycin is rapidly absorbed and widely distributed throughout the lungs, spleen, kidneys, liver, and bones, ensuring effective systemic action.
